Helen has over 21 years’ experience in property and development environments in Asia and Australia including 15 years in Commercial & Retail Property Management, Investment and Mixed-use/Urban Regeneration projects across Asia Pacific Regions. Helen’s current role oversees the Development Operations and Innovation teams for Lendlease where she is primarily responsible for managing the process of governance, corporate innovation and change management. In her session Helen will share how applies an innovative, customer focus and result orientated business with a passion for setting vision and the strategy that drives value and quality to the businesses and lessons for the audience.
